Day 1: SETTLE

Monday, May 4

ARRIVAL

***Airport transportation is not included in the price, but can be arranged for all travelers.

***Kindly note that only DINNER is provided today. Should you arrive early and request an earlier meal, this is available for an additional cost.

3:00 pm: Check-in available at Still Salty Escape

2:00 pm – 4:00 pm: Free time to rest, acclimate, explore, etc.

4:30 pm - 5:00: Arrival Gathering

5:00 pm – 6:15 pm: Yinyasa with Kayla

6:30 pm: Group Dinner

Day 2: SAVOR

Tuesday, May 5

***We will set out tea, coffee, snacks and fruits for those who wish to have a little something before the morning practice.

8:00 am - 9:15 am: Vinyasa with Dafna

9:30 am: Breakfast

10:30 am - 11:30 pm: Garden Tour

11:30 am - 1:00 pm: Cooking Class

1:00 pm: Lunch

4:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Welcome Workshop with Kayla

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm: Gentle Sunset Yoga with Kayla

6:30 pm: Group Dinner

Day 3: PLUNGE

Wednesday, May 6

7:30 am - 9:30 am: Inversion Workshop with Kayla

9:30 am: Breakfast

1:00 pm: Lunch 

2:00 pm - 6:30 pm: Boat Tour

7:00 pm: Group Dinner

Day 4: EMBRACE

Thursday, May 7

6:30 am - 8:30 am: Surf Lesson

11:00 am - 1:00 pm: Partner Therapeutics Workshop

1:00 pm: Lunch

4:30 pm - 6:00 pm: Turtle Release

6:30 pm: Group Dinner

7:30 pm - 8:30 pm: Salsa Lesson


Day 5: WEAVE

Friday, May 8

7:30 am – 9:30 am: Combination Flow + Workshop with Kayla & Dafna

9:30 am: Breakfast 

1:00 pm: Lunch 

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm: Yin with Kayla

5:00 pm - 6:30 pm: Writing Workshop + Closing Ceremony

6:30 pm: Final Group Dinner

Day 6: BELONG

Saturday, May 9
