Waved Surf Retreats Nicaragua
A Premium Surf Coaching Retreat in Nicaragua for Intermediate Surfers
April 3 - 10, 2027
April 10 - 17, 2027
Starting a €2,300/person
Waved Surf Retreat is a one-week surf coaching retreat on Nicaragua’s northern Pacific coast, made for intermediate surfers who already catch waves on their own and are ready for the next step.
You stay at Still Salty Escape in El Viejo with a small group of 8 surfers max, in bungalows with a pool and the beach right at your door. Each day we choose the best spot for the tide, wind and swell, between Nauhlapa Bay, Aposentillo, Los Clavos, The Boom and La Isla.
What sets it apart from a classic surf camp is the coaching.
Paul, our surf coach, is in the water with you every session. He reads the lineup, finds the right waves for you and gives you precise feedback, so your week goes into what actually helps you progress. His step by step method is built around video: Hugo films every session from the beach and with a drone, and we go through the footage together, wave by wave, so you know exactly what to fix. You leave with a progress booklet, and every session stays on our replay platform so you can keep learning at home.
Between sessions, Anastasia leads mobility and stretching classes made for surfers, to keep your body ready for the water and help you recover all week.
