There is something about the ocean that reminds us who we are. Flow State is a 6-day, 5-night yoga & surf retreat in Nicaragua that invites you to explore what it means to move with the rhythm of life, not against it.
We’ll spend our days along the wild northern Nicaraguan Pacific coast, experiencing twice-daily yoga (morning Vinyasa and afternoon Yin/Restorative), daily individualized surf lessons, farm-to-table nourishing meals, local experiences, meaningful connection and time to simply be.,
If you’ve been dreaming of an adventure, craving time in nature, or wanting to experience the magic of a retreat, we’d love to have you with us. All levels are welcome - discover what becomes possible when you enter your own flow state.
This retreat is open to everybody and every level of experience, from first-timers to long-time practitioners. You don't need to be flexible or experienced in traveling or yoga; just come as you are, and we will take care of the rest!

Embodied Being Retreats
Embodied Being Retreats was co-created by Esme and Lydia, whose shared vision centers on creating thoughtful, grounded spaces for remembrance. With backgrounds in yoga, embodiment practices, and facilitation, they bring complementary strengths and a deep respect for both land and lineage. Our retreat offerings are designed to cultivate curiosity, creativity, non-judgment, self-compassion, remembrance, and authenticity for participants.
Lydia Peacock
Lydia is a Certified Yoga and Pranayama Instructor, entrepreneur, and wellbeing professional based in Seattle, WA. With over two decades of Yoga experience and a deep-rooted connection to the practice, Lydia creates an inclusive space for self-expression, embodiment, and connection. She is a passionate dance & freeform movement practitioner and loves to marry yoga asana with those practices. As she journeys through life, she wishes to continue to learn and be curious, sharing laughter, healing, connection, and community along the way.
Esme Fussell
Esme is a 500-hour Certified Yoga Instructor, Holistic Health Counselor and natural-living enthusiast, based in Bend, OR. With experience sharing physical and energetic practices around the globe, Esme aims to create a container for self-exploration, self-development & connection with the forces of love, joy, balance, empathy and kindness. She enjoys bringing themes of the natural world and cycles into her classes, weavings connections with nature into her offerings. As a passionate lover of Cacao, expect to learn more about the heart-opening power of this beautiful natural medicine on our retreat!
TRAVEL SUGGESTIONS:
Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Houston all have direct flights to Nicaragua.
-MANAGUA is the closest airport to the retreat center.
-Still Salty Escape is about 3 - 4 hours from Managua airport depending on traffic.
-Private taxi transport can be arranged from the airport for an additional cost.
