Atma Yoga Retreat in Nicaragua
An All-Inclusive Yoga & Adventure Retreat on Nicaragua's Wild Northern Coast
February 28 - March 7, 2027
Starting at $1,995/person
Join us for an all-inclusive 8-day, 7-night yoga retreat on the wild northern coast of Nicaragua. This week is about slowing down, immersing yourself in yoga, spending time in nature, and enjoying good company in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
We'll practice yoga every day, share fresh, nourishing meals, spend plenty of time by the ocean, and leave room for adventure, rest, and whatever else you need most. Whether that is surfing, reading in a hammock, going to explore on a beach walk, or simply taking a nap after class, everything on this retreat is optional; you can fill your time as much or as little as you want.
During our time together, we will get to go horseback riding, participate in a sea turtle release with a local non-profit, explore the nearby mangrove forest by boat, and go surfing together. There will also be a complimentary massage to help you fully arrive.
Expect invigorating yoga practices in the morning to wake up the body and mind, and enjoy a blend of yin and restorative yoga practices in the evenings to soothe the nervous system and prepare us for a restful sleep.
This retreat is open to everybody and every level of experience, from first-timers to long-time practitioners. You don't need to be flexible or experienced in traveling or yoga; just come as you are, and we will take care of the rest!

MEET YOUR YOGA RETREAT TEACHER
Mariana Malki
Mariana is a lifelong movement practitioner, yoga teacher, and certified yoga therapist. Her teaching journey began with alignment-based vinyasa in Thailand and deepened with studies in traditional Hatha Yoga and Yoga Therapy in India.
She is also a trained breath-work facilitator, co-founder of Flow Collective, a donation-based yoga space, and owner of Atma Yoga & Community in Friday Harbor. Her classes are welcoming, creative, and supportive. Mariana’s classes invite deep harmony between mind, body, and breath, encouraging students to trust in their own experience of being.
Whether you’re in her energizing morning classes or in her slower led classes, students are encouraged to witness their layers of depth in their physical, mental, and emotional bodies bringing them closer to the source within.
She has led retreats in Sri Lanka for the three consecutive years, and is now excited to share another of her favorite countries with you. She is happiest when she's near the ocean, living simply, and surrounded by a supportive, soulful community.
